High weather-resistant white pearls have good color stability and high weather resistance, suitable for high whiteness repair or full spray.

Two. White Pearl Series Features:

White pearl is a translucent color masterbatch, the thicker the spray, the more pearls, the greater the effect of pearl color on weather resistance.

Three. Color highlights:

The white pearl finished paint is always a base paint when toning. Since the color of the 1K base paint will gradually become darker during the drying process, the base paint should be adjusted to be whiter than the original color.

Four. Construction technology:

1. Spray 1K white base paint to cover the color of the primer and eye-filling ash to dry.

2. After the 1K white surface is dry, spray white pearl paint. Before spraying, add 1K paint matching resin in proportion. The specific ratio is:

White Pearl :

1K lacquer resin = 1 : 10

High weather resistant white pearl: 1K with lacquer resin = 1 : 5

After adding 1K lacquer resin, add diluent in the ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.2 to dilute and spray.

For example: 10 grams of white pearls, add 100 grams of 1K lacquer resin, add 110-130 grams of thinner.

Five. Remark:

1. The varnish should use medium and high-grade varnish or higher varnish.

2. The spraying of white pearls is generally done twice as normal, and the sides of the white pearls can be made lighter. The base coat has a slight darkening process as it dries and the color settles in about a week.
